She's a maniac- mAAAniac!!

Ok. So I'm a blogging maniac these days. So what? I used to journal all the time, and I didn't have a groovy way to post pictures and get comments on it, so this is better right???

Had to post these pictures. Emma LOVES Bo's reading homework. She comes running from any corner of the house when she hears the prologue: Bo shouting his six vocabulary words from the kitchen table- like it's the last preview before the movie. This is what it sounds like: "MAMA! Has-was-seven-saw-threw-kept! (continuous shuffling of bare feet getting closer and closer, occaisonal bumps into the wall) and here's my take-home reader!"At this point, what I see is the picture below.

Any hints about how to keep a four year old clean? She is like Pig-Pen in The Peanuts. The floor around her chair is unmentionable, and don't anybody sit down after she's been in the chair, cause you WILL stick to it. Her face is always dirty, but oh so sweet! It makes me ache with happiness!

And here's one for Christmas:

When the angels sang
"Peace on Earth"
it was not a
WISH,
but a
DECLARATION.

Jesus Christ IS Peace.

What a cutie pie! My second son was and still is always that way...In fact when he was younger I had to keep a plastic table cloth under his high chair cause he always made such a mess...out of his chair and himself. Brings back memories...

Sarah--
Wow. I didn't know they did two different ending for P & P. Do you know how the British version ended?

Here's something funny. When I read Jane Austen's Persausion there were actually two different endings in the book--I guess some historian dug up an alternative ending she'd written. Neither were exactly like the movie, but the one she wrote second was closer.

Thanks for chatting with me about this on GraceReign.

Sarah: I think you are doomed to have a dirty child. Even if you do put pretty bows in her hair...she will attract dirt. It is the nature of 4. :)

She really is too cute even if she's a little grubby. She'll probably outgrow the grubbiness. I guess you'll just have to wait.

Cute!!! Who isn't a maniac when it comes to their blog, it is like a disease...esp. when you get to meet such awesome people!!! I can wipe Aiden's face clean after a meal, and 20 minutes later his face looks like he just ate, it's like steam on a mirror when your taking a shower, it just reappears.
