I think Emma was made for kindergarten. She is quite the chirpy wee bird today. She has a fabulous teacher, and as you can see she has lost her first tooth (on that same day she swam to the bottom of the deep end.) Bo is equally happy with his situation and thinks the school is "like, only just about one percentage away from being as good as Hill." Which is saying alot.
I am rather too tired to give a good accounting of my day. Suffice it to say that even though I agree with my dear friend Alison as a general rule that "hair comfort is of the utmost importance, but foot comfort is of no consequence" I must say that 8 hours in heels at an elementary school is pretty much a no. My feet still burn 6 hours later. I'm sporting my new red crocs tommorrow.
First day! Gosh, it's that time again, isn't it? It'll be weird doing it here without you guys! Emma is looking so grown up. Are those earrings?!
I'm lovin' the new tune by the way (shocking, I know)
A tooth gone!!! And I missed it. Guess I'll just have to come and see. They look old. Glad they are happy in school. Soak your feet dear, in epsom salts! And wear your white nurses uniform.
awww, first day. i see bo cut his hair =P
and i'm gonna have to go w/ hair and feet comfort. both. now you know.
So big! love the crocs..but then I would ya know..:) but then I'm big on foot comfort
first day! how exciting!! And yeah..go soak the feet..being a teacher I completely understand bad shoe pain.
Aw. . .how sweet. The tooth, the hair, the two of them together. Their clever comments. I love them. And ah, that never-replaceable 'first day of school'. Glad you have recorded it so well.
